If you enter the database page whilst a db is uploading, you can see 'manipulate schema' & 'export database' buttons

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an empty db, and upload a database to it
2. Whilst the database is still uploading, go into the database page
3. Notices that under the 'main' version there are two buttons - 'manipulate 
schema' and 'export database'. Clicking on 'manipulate schema' doesn't actually 
do anything. I've not tried clicking on 'export database'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Whilst a database is uploading it doesn't really make sense to display any 
green buttons on the database page - just ensure that the message about the 
database currently uploading is clearly visible. In future it might be good to 
include a 'cancel' button during this process, but for the time being can we 
just remove the two that are currently visible?

The 'manipulate schema' button seems to have been removed, but the green 
'export database' button is still there whilst the database is uploading. This 
doesn't make any sense either. Could we remove this and make the 'database 
currently uploading message a bit more prominent'?
