Database tables not loading in IE #485

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use IE to log into ORDS
2. Try to view a table
3. Wonder how long you're going to have to sit there looking at the 'Fetching 
Libraries' message.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I haven't managed to get the contents of a table to load in IE so far today. 
(I'm using IE 9.)

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

I'm having the same problem in IE 11.

Oops, I'd forgotten to include a library that IE needs for the page to work.  
Should be fine now (might need to Shift-refresh).
