Trial projects should not appear in the 'search projects' list

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on the 'search projects' button
2. See a list of all projects that have set their metadata to be publicly 
available, plus the option of contacting their owners
3. Imagine somebody contacted the owner of a trial project that they were just 
using to try out the system - they wouldn't be very happy.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Only full projects should be listed in the search results.

Current Version: 1.0.2 - 3524, using Chrome
