Querying interface needs a short summary of what SQL syntax is required/permitted #536

I've now modified the advanced query interface to have separate fields for each 
clause.  Each field can have its own help text to clarify the finer points of 
syntax.  I've added some basic text for each, but they're all defined in 
lang.properties for modification.
