Email regarding request to turn a trial project to a full project is weird #549

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a user click the button to turn their trial project into a full project
2. Receive and email to the ORDS queue such as the following:

Congratulations! Your database (Clubs_database_v4.sql) has been successfully 
imported into ORDS. You can now log in to ORDS and start using it.

The ORDS TeamHi support

 User James A J Wilson (email james.wilson@it.ox.ac.uk, id 342160) has requested that project new trial project test (id 348942) be upgraded from trial to full.

3. Feel that something is not quite right.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It looks as though the string from the previous message sent by the ORDS system 
has not been cleared.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
ORDS Dev 1.0.4, shortly to become App 1.0.5.
