size limit on name #563

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. register to ords
2. use a name that has more than 20 characters

The registration fails without a helpful message.
I see that we need to set some kind of limit but 20 characters is too short (as 
seen in a real life example in the training session).
Also if the registration fails because of this, the user needs to be told.

I have upped the limit to 200 characters
