Have only one hibernate configuration file #564

It would be nice to have only one hibernate configuration file on the 
project-node and front-end
on the front-end:
 - remove the hibernate file (tested - works)
on the project-node:
 - remove the hibernateSubset file (tested - needs some code changes)

Ideally the files would have the same name on all servers, even if there is 
more content on the project-nodes
