What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change the options so that you can see data types
2. Reload the page to actually enable this
3. Notice that all the work done since the last save has disappeared
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Not sure if it's really possible to do anything about this, but if we could
interrupt the refresh with a warning message, that would do the trick.
