The 'Data sources' and 'data gathering mechanisms' fields are not currently appearing to the public #587

At present, although we're asking for useful metadata about how each database 
was put together, that information is not being displayed to the public when 
they view publicly-accessible datasets.

When someone clicks on the public view of a dataset it would be good if we 
could neatly display both the dataset description and the database metadata 
below the results panel.
