No 'back' button from query results pages #597

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter a query that will generate more than 100 results.
2. click to see the 'next' page of results
3. Note that you can see the 'save query results as dataset' button and the 
'Export query results as .csv' button, but you can't go back to the main ORDS 
menus without hitting the browser back button a few times.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We should have a 'Return to dataset list' button.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

This is using Chrome. Dev version 1.0.6 - 3926.

The same thing applies when viewing datasets via the ORDS public search 
interface.
