'null' appears on ORDS registration screen for no obvious reason

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to a version of the ORDS that you're not currently registered to use
2. Log in
3. Look at the text that appears under the heading 'Register to Use the ORDS'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Under this heading, there's a line of text saying 'Please enter your details 
below to register for the ORDS', then another line just saying 'null'. It's not 
clear what (if anything) is supposed to go in the second line, and the text 
doesn't seem to have a lang string identifier, so can't be editied via 
lang.properties.

Is there something specific that's supposed to go here, or is this just an 
error?
