Can't export dataset as .csv when running a saved query (unless it has multiple pages of results) #608

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run a saved dataset
2. Click the 'Export query results as .csv' button
3. Notice that nothing happens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You can still export query results as .csv when you first create a query, but 
not when you run a saved query.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Hmm. The original problem seems to have been fixed in App 1.0.7 - 4062. The 
problem now is that there is no 'export query results as .csv on the first page 
of results when you run a saved dataset.

The problem here is related to how results are now displayed seperately from 
the Query form, meaning buttons are now displayed in results where they weren't 
before.
I've now standardised the appearance of buttons when viewing datasets and query 
results.

When viewing new query results, you'll see the option to save or export the 
results.
When viewing a saved query, you'll see the option to edit the query or export 
the results.
When viewing a static dataset, you'll see the option to export.
