Request full project button has disappeared (unless this is a deliberate thing in Staging) #626

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new trial project in Staging
2. Observe that it is indeed a trial project and it says as much at the top of 
the project page
3. observe that the 'Request full project' button and accompanying text that 
usually sits under the Project Details section is no longer there

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The 'Request full project' button and accompanying text that usually sits under 
the Project Details section of the Project page is no longer there.
 It should be brought back!

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Chrome. Staging 1.0.9

False alert - it's still working in App - must just be turned off for Staging.
