Can't turn on ODBC access for a project after it's creation #632

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the Edit Project Details page of the project
2. Check the 'ODBC access for project' box and save changes
3. See that if you return to the Project Details page the box is unchecked 
again and no ODBC Connection URL is given on your account screen
4. Note that if you go to the Edit Project Details page for a project that was 
set to have ODBC on when you initially created it, the 'ODBC Access' is indeed 
checked, but if you then save changes to the project, it gets switched off and 
the ODBC Connection URL is removed from the account screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No sure if this is just because this is all still work in progress, but if not 
it should be included.
