Cyclone Mechanic

While target is in cyclone any heal you try to cast on him fails with "You 
can't do that yet"
How it should be: you can cast heals on cycloned target, but on successful cast 
you will get "Immune" message.
This bug prevents precasting heal on cycloned target, so putting druids in even 
more overpowered state

By the way cyclone shouldn't be able to be removed by such spells as Divine 
Shield (paladin) and Ice Block (Mage). ONLY trinket can remove cyclone.

As the comments on WoWhead says:
-The only method of dispelling it is by using the PvP trinket. Even Mass Dispel 
or a Paladins Divine Shield/Mages Ice Block cannot remove it.

As the WoWWiki says:
Cyclone cannot be broken by abilities such as Divine Shield or Ice Block, but 
cyclone cannot be cast on players already affected by these types of abilities.
