By henhouse (29 December 2010 - automatically ported issue):

Currently if you're waiting to be revived at a base and the opposing faction 
caps your graveyard, you and those waiting to rez are NOT transferred to the 
next nearest graveyard but have to run looking for your body or run to another 
controlled graveyard.
