Ruthlessness + Deadly Throw #374

Rogue talent "Ruthlessness" (ID's 14156 14160 14161, which all are ok, but the 
spell, which is triggered by those talents - 14157)

This spell 14157, which is triggered by those talents, shouldn't work with 
ranged finishing moves, but now it works with Deadly Throw spell (ID 26679).

Yeah this leads to having infite deadly throws on a target which has been fixed 
in a patch before 2.4.3. That problem started when we fixed Ruthlessness which 
was not working at all before that.
