Improved Mend Pet (I think it's Low Priority)

Improved Mend Pet - hunter talent (ID's 19572 19573), which affects hunter 
ability Mend Pet (8 ranks, from 1 to 8: 136 3111 3662 13542 13543 13544 27046).

How it should be: Talent (if you have 2 talents) reduces the mana cost of Mend 
Pet by 20% and gives it a 50% to dispel from pet 1 curse, disease, magic or 
poison from the pet each tick.

What we have: The 20% mana cost reduction works, BUT dispel works incorrect. It 
have 50% to cast dispel on pet only when you cast it on pet (looks like 50% to 
trigger dispel on mend pet cast, but not on heal ticks).

Problem: Dispel should be on heal ticks, not on mend pet cast by hunter.
