Improved Hunter's Mark (Low Priority) #376

Hunter Talent "Improved Hunter's Mark" (ID's 19421 19422 19423 19424 19425), 
which are gives all melee targets 20%/40%/60%/80%/100% of hunter's mark base 
attack power (in last rank it's 110 AP).

Hunter's Mark spell (ranks 1-4) - 1130 14323 14324 14325

Problem: Doesn't work. It should instantly add this "base" Ranged Attack Power 
to Melee Attack Power too.
So it will look like +110 Attack Power to Everyone and (After 30 ranged 
attacks) +330 Ranged Attack Power to everyone.
