Expose Weakness (hunter talent, medium prio) #379

Expose Weakness (ID's 34500, 34502, 34503), all of these talents triggers spell 
34501. Talent is ok, but the spell, which is triggered by talents is not.

How Should Be: Expose Weakness: "When you make ranged critical, there is 
33%/66%/100% chance that everyone, who attacks your target will gain Attack 
Power of 25% of your agility on this target. Lasts 7 sec."

Spell 34501 is not affected by hunter's agility, it just increases damage done 
to target by a very little amount (1-6 damage), when i had 10000 agility, and 
should have much more damage with 2500 more AP.
