Bug:
Well simply the circle the spell creates does not give you any extra 
spellpower, im not sure but the spell shall be: 45042 or 45043, simply you dont 
get the aura(i think) that you should get when you are in the ring

Yeah but we need to do that trinket gives spell dam only for player who use 
it!!!

True, but its still a kinda good trinket, and the hardest must be to check 
range of the player ;D
