1. Suspend an account, NOT BAN.
2. Once the suspension has expired, the `active` field is still set to 1.

When you use the .baninfo account command you'll notice it will say "Still 
active: no" However, the 1 is still set. This will cause the account, when 
logged into to disconnect the user.

The only way to fix is to manually go in and set the 1 on `active` to 0.
