if you are using a build older than 100 revs from tip please update to tip

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Do a shaman and spec into Imporved Ghost Wolf
2. Run and cast Ghost Wolf
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Well, expected is that you get transformated and runs 40% faster
The thing that happens is "Can't do that while moving" and you have to stop to 
cast it.

What revision of the Core are you using? On what operating system?
OregonCore 1331 Debian 5.0
