Power Word: Shield And Stealth

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Power Word: Shield a rogue or a druid
2. Apply a dot to them and ask them to stealth

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The shield should absorb the damage and not break stealth. Instead it does 
indeed absorb the damage but still breaks stealth.

Can't confirm how it really should be. But if i decide, i wouldn't make it to 
stay in stealth with DoTs even with absorb.

To commenter #1:

Example: Priest has power word shield on hisself and get's polymorphed and uses 
shadow word: death to pushback damage on hisself, he will still get the poly 
through absorb.

I can comfirm this and it should be able to be in steatlh with aura + dot on 
you.
