No sound at all - Githubissues

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Installed the software as normal on windows 7 pro
2. Tried in Opera and Firefox but still no sound
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i would hope to hear 30 second buzzer, out of time buzzer, or no lift buzzer.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2.8.12
Windows 7 Pro

Please provide any additional information below.
Excellent software! Truely amazing! I am running my first competition and would 
love to try this there but sadly i cannot get any buzzers working.....

Also is it possible to change some of the French to English in the main 
displays?

- Likely cause is that the sound adapter is not selected on the 
Administration/Platform

The program entirely dependent on the Java Runtime reporting available 
adapters.  The problem appears to be specific to Vaio Z.  Using a 10$ USB sound 
card is a workaround.
