qvm build version and date in serverstatus #103

attached patch adds info in serverstatus for qvm version through Cvar
qvm_build.

feel free to change the cvar name, for this patch I kept it generic.

Also includes build date, including time was too much :)

Thanks. Ill repost this to the MG patch tracker, as it is a good idea.

I changed the names of things from pgqvm to qvm_
