Feeding spree update + spree fixes #108

Attached patch:

a) fixes possible chances of the spree counters getting stuck for a player.

b) updates feeding spree:
  * Dying near an egg/node does not count toward counter.
  * Damaging the enemy reduces feed counter faster.
  * Due to the above two changes hopefully fixing problems for active or
aggressive players, the feeding spree counter now decrements slower.

Updated patch - previous one slightly broke killing sprees (that counter works
different than others)
