Just another feature request:
I can't remember what QVM it was, but you had the ability to build
anywhere, controlled by a cvar.  This allowed building on top of other
buildings, and also on slopes (i.e. turrets on corridor slopes in atcs). 
It would be good to have this feature in the QVM, but if not, then it
doesn't really matter.
