Abusive administator command clean-up #138

This patch will remove the following:
Explode
Switch
Mix
Steal
Trade

This patch will also fix some bugs in !grab and it also adds !bring, which
will bring you to said players location, both of these only work as spectator.

I was also thinking of removing grab, bring, and fireworks :\

Release 1.6.2 has these fixes and Revision 80 does.
