Make kick tempbans display real reason #153

Currently, every automatic kickban on trem creates a ban with the reason 
"Temporary ban created by kick" or something like that. Not very useful 
for a player to see why they have been kicked, especially when kickbans 
can be particularly long.

I would like the new reasons for kicks to say "Kick: $$$" where $$$ is the 
reason provided by the admin, or vote. Yes, i want this functionality to 
apply to votekicks as well. For votekicks, it would be the reason on which 
the vote was called.

No no, if they just do that, it should say "Banned by admin", like everything 
else 
does, unless they dont have the flag to do reasonless bans.

Yeah, ignore my previous statement, it already requires a reason, ill just make 
it
tack on the reason to the ban(like in a normal ban)

Added the reasons to !kick and callvote kick, i didn't add a *if no reason then
blank* for the callvote kick because callvote kick already requires a reason
