This patch will emulate a client disconnect(namely the bubbles), and as such 
will
produce a bubble effect, doing !bubble *player* will constantly spawn bubbles 
around
the player every half a second till the command is done again. This command also
shares the same flags as the other abusive commands(grab, bring).

Commands: !bubble
Usage: !bubble *player*
Flag: Q
