Mute Bug #164

I don't know how to explain it.

So... just follow this:

1- Mute yourself
2- Hold F

Now you purr faster. But noone can hear you(demos can't too).

That's not a bug.  It was intentionally adjusted to do that.  Just as part the 
whole "being muted" concept. (I think)

A little deeper explanation,

As doom had said, this is not a bug, this is a feature to also mute the taunt 
for a
player if they are muted, this is to prevent someone from taunt spamming the 
whole
game, this simply doesn't send the taunt to the rest of the players after it 
hits the QVM

Client->QVM->players

This was intended. On humans, you are freely able to spawn a ckit, but as an 
alien,
you are NOT allowed to spawn as a granger. Why?

Humans can HEAL structures with a ckit, without doing any damage to the base,
therefore, they are useful. Although, with aliens, grangers were never meant to 
fight
and without the ability to heal structures (they regenerate) the player becomes
useless bloat to the team.

This issue is invalid in-and-of itself.

Go to the server *SST* and ask to be denybuilt as a granger, it works just fine 
for us
