Earlier today, somebody found out a way to have a person autokicked. Here's
the recipe for disaster.
1. Have two people on a team.
2. Bind a key to /callteamvote kick <player>;!specme
3. Since there is only one person now, it is a 100% pass
4. Person is kicked

Maybe put a limit on the amount of people needed for a team-kick vote.

On the TremWars QVM, if a players calls a vote and leaves the team then the 
vote is cancelled.
