Merge in Lakitu7's SVN bugfixes #174

This will be difficult, and could cause a number of problems, but i want 
you to know, if something is impossible or too buggy to use (eg breaks 10 
other features to get it working (deadspec...)), dont add it.

Various other people, such as Amanieu, have said they would use P-g-Qvm 
for their qvm development, when we add these bugfixes.

Just try to mix in whatever you can. If it is too problematic, dont worry 
about it.

this was originally based on latiku7's right?? why not keep synced up with the
development every month or so port over their changes here like fsm-trem does 
with
ioQuake3.

p-g-qvm is based on Lak's qvm version 5.01, the latest is 5.3. You could make a 
diff
between 5.01 and the latest svn version and find everything that has changed in
between, then add it.

I think I succeeded in porting deadspec.  However, I have not tested it or even 
touched it for a while.  If you look 
back through the issues, you should see it.
