denyweapons fixes patch #58

Attached patch fixes thinko in alien denyweapon code that devolves them
into dretch. Some of the code was effecting the caller and not the victim.

This may be what was causing Google's tyrant to be unhittable/walk
through-able. Not sure 100% though, couldn't find him using the !denyweapon
command in my logs for that map.
