Attached patch adds cvar g_modTurretAngle
0 (default) no change
1 allow high build angles for turrets, up to *almost* 90 degree walls
Limit is almost 90 as anything 90 and above would require massive building
match changes, and client side change to show proper buildable red/green
ghosts.
