Android ASOP branch is not booting on Pandaboard ES #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Downloaded and compiled ASOP ICS branch on Ubuntu-10.04
2. While tried to booting with SD card, it is trying to read the following 
files and failed.
         a). preEnv.txt
         b). uEnv.txt
         c). boot.scr
3. After this got failed, it is reading uImage after that it is keep rebooting.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Booting Android ICS on Pandaboard ES with HDMI.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Pandaboard ES, with Android ICS package (Linux-3.0.8) on ubuntu-10.0 Host PC

Please provide any additional information below.
I have attached the hyperterminal capture along with environment variable.
