Simple DAE model doesn't show up

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run application attached. (displays a cube and a DAE model)

Alternatively, use the second attached model instead of Boy.DAE. It's simpler; 
I removed everything except a cube.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The model should show up. Only the cube primitive shows up and not the DAE 
model. No error message, no exception, no load error event.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Papervision3D_2.1.932.zip dated Dec 2009 on Windows XP Pro and running in 
FireFox 3.6.

Please provide any additional information below.
As far as I know, only the models attached don't work. Other models work fine. 
What's wrong with this particular model??

I used 3D Studio Max 9 and exported using various Collada export tools, all 
with the same result. Something in my model isn't supported, I don't know why. 
(I don't know enough about DAE format to understand the problem.)

I am having a similar problem with Google SketchUp 8 exported .dae files.  Only 
portions of the model display. I tried to create a simple cube, but only 2 
sides were displayed.
