Find and replace should indicate that it won't work if logging is disabled

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Type something into chat
2. Type s/foo/bar 
3. Verify that a error message stating no message found matching that pattern 
is echoed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect based on help to type s/hear/here and have hear replaced in an echoed 
message with here. It used to work, but it does not.

[12:20] Misty: But I need some loose leaf tea (and again won't let myself get 
anymore until I drink at least half of what I have hear :P)
[12:20] Misty: s/hear/here
[12:20] loudoun.needleworkers@partychapp.appspotchat.com: No message found that 
matches that pattern.

Please provide any additional information below.

Find and replace depends on logging, and it's disabled for you room. You can 
enable it on the room's page: 
http://partychapp.appspot.com/room/loudoun.needleworkers

We should have a better error message for this case though.
