Twitter style personal message: "@paul: you broke the build" #166

In twitter to reference a person, you type @ before their handle.  Partychapp 
is by its nature for all to see.  If the line begins with the @handle though, 
partychapp could sent the message direct to that person and all else would not 
see that.

I'm think of a scenario where I am adding 100 devs to one channel/room and most 
people don't have direct IM to each of the other 99. Once in a while, 
concerning a build breakage, someone is going to want to send a personal 
message.
