Messages received in all clients instead of the most recent one #199

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login to GTalk from two apps
2. Talk to a partychat group from one of the apps
3. Receive replies on both

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Normally GTalk only sends replies to the client where the user is sending 
messages and only sends to all if the user went idle for a few minutes. 
Partychat groups somehow screw this system and always send messages to all 
clients which defeats the purpose of having the account logged in on a couple 
clients (like mobile and desktop) and only use one.

Please provide any additional information below.
