Started the room - I'm the only one offline #259

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I've started a room and 6 of my workmates added the specified room to their 
gtalk
2. Now everyone else can see the chat room online and mine is showing offline 
for some reason.

update: everyday is the same thing: says: is offline and can't receive messages 
right now. and then may go online after some random period of time
