What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.cannot send messages to the.last.supper@im.partych.at

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Messages should send instead, it shows as being offline.

Have ttested from desktop computer and from phone with the same issue. Have 
tried logging in/out with no luck.
