display message with ascending server time stamp sort #291

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. After reset android factory image with wrong time stamp, partychat didn't 
log per server time, thus the ascending message showed misplaced with the 
correct time stamp.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Partychat should display message with ascending sort from server time stamp and 
not client time stamp.

Please provide any additional information below.
