Users can't join new room #39

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I created a room
2.I had invite some people
3.These people can't talk to the room, neither chat nor send commands. They 
had accept the invitation and talked to the bot.

I don't know whats happening. 

Some contacts view the bot as "disconnected"

Can you invite them again with /invite, and make sure that they accept the 
invite? If 
that doesn't work, can you ask them to invite the room to chat? If that still 
doesn't 
work, let me know.

Sorry for the trouble. The details of jabber/XMPP invites are handled by 
appengine, 
so we don't see all of the interactions and can't really debug much. When I've 
seen 
this issue, though, it's generally because either the bot or the user hasn't 
friended 
the other.

via 
email instead of the bug.

Crap, looks like we pushed a broken version of partychapp that prevented people 
from 
joining rooms in some cases. :(

It should be fixed now. Sorry!
