HTML import character eincoding problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.opening a *.html file with e.g. cyrillic encoding (KOI8-R)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output:cyrillic letters
See instead: other than cyrillic symbols

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.6.1

Please provide any additional information below.
just add some character encoding support. Thanks. otherwise your Program is
