Fails to open files with UTF8 names

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a directory with UTF8 characters (e.g. "kostüm") and place a RAW 
file there
2. Run "photivo kostüm/rawfile"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Photivo should open the file.
- Instead a popup window appears reading "Input file does not exist."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- Version: 2013-11-01
- OS: Xubuntu 13.10 64-bit

Should be fixed by commit from Dec 27, 2013. Wait until Ubuntu repository is 
updated.
