Photivo won't start on windows 7 64bit

Hi guys. I ran the installer for 64 bit and then also tried 32 bit too. I can 
not start the app! Nothing happens nothing appears in console. It starts and 
exits in the task manager immediately. Am I missing some components? What could 
be wrong?  I did not try older versions before so I dont know if this is a new 
issue.

I coudn’t reproduce this on my Win 7 64bit. A fresh install from the current 
photivo-setup-2011-09-05-win64.exe installer runs just fine.

Some questions that come to my mind:
* Can you try the troubleshooter and post its output?
* You didn’t try older versions means you never had Photivo installed before? 
So there’s no chance there could be anything left from older installs? 
Anyway, try running ptClear.exe (there’s a shortcut to it in the start menu) 
or delete the %APPDATA%\Photivo folder manually.

ptclear worked. Apparently I had old settings . Thanks for helping to solve 
this.:)
