multicore support in windows #48

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.windows 7 64bit + photivo-setup-2011-09-05-win64.exe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In the task manager photivo consume only 25% of cpu on intel q6600
Expected value near 90-100%

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Well I depends on the filter. Please test the Wiener filter in the 1:1 pipe.
