Photivo crashes when saving UI Settings on a file #86

Open Photivo. Load a Canon 30D RAW Image file (.CR2). Try to save UI settings 
to a file. Photivo crashes, doesn't matter if UI Settings was previously 
changed or not. 
Experienced on Windows XP 32 bit and Ubuntu 10.04, as well.

Please provide any additional information below.

the release photivo-setup-2012-05-21-EXPERIMENTAL-win32.exe doesn't have this 
issue
